Who is Lisa (and Sean)?
I am a small town girl who still believes in southern etiquettes like please and thank you, ma’am and sir. I believe in the American Dream and that everyone is deserving of a second chance. I have my MBA and worked in healthcare management for most of my career.
My husband Sean is a proud US Navy veteran and is a really smart business man.
He has a degree in Computer Science and worked in IT management most of his career.
Several years ago, we became disenchanted with Corporate America and began helping others with challenging real estate issues. We are much happier working with people to solve difficult life situations – and we are really good at what we do!
Sean and I have been through the ups and downs of life and understand that we don’t always control the circumstances we find ourselves in. Bad things happen to good people and although this is how we make a living, we genuinely care about the folks we are able to help, whatever their situation might be.
Why Lisa and Sean?
Lisa and Sean understand that hard times come up in everyone’s lives from time to time. When dealing with unforeseen issues where you need to sell your house, we can help you navigate your options and help you decide on the best solution for your unique situation. Sometime this means finding a loving home for a beloved pet or finding a more affordable new home. We have helped dozens of people right here in Texas sell their houses quickly AND have helped them find new housing opportunities as well.
We are different because you only deal with us – no middlemen, no banks, no confusing corporate-speak. If you call, we’ll show up! We have cash available, can close quickly (on your schedule) with a Title company, and help you in locating a new residence if you need it. All with ZERO costs to you. We pay all costs related to selling your house – this means no repairs, no closing costs, no realtor commissions – NO FEES.
Know Who You’re Dealing With.
Most investors use the same formula when coming up with an offer for your house. If you get a cash offer from an investor that seems too good to be true, or is substantially higher than most others, then there is usually good reason to be skeptical. Lisa and Sean can usually offer a higher price for your house because we use our money or private lenders and we aren’t under the same pressures to meet quotas or pay a bunch of staff members.
There are unethical investors out there. Some just try to get your house under contract, usually enticing you with a great offer, only to come back to you at the last minute and to say they can’t do that price anymore and ask you to renegotiate the price down to what they want – because at this point you have no more options. We’ve seen many homeowners fall into this trap and end up having to sell their house for MUCH LESS than what a reputable investor offered in the beginning. Lisa and Sean are in real estate investing for the long term – this is what we do – we aren’t in this to make a quick buck. It is not our business practice to artificially inflate our initial offer price and then come back needing to make adjustments. We are building a reputable, honest business.
Websites can be deceiving so if you’re wanting to lessen the chances of problems arising in your sale, make sure you’re dealing with a reputable investor. Check to see if they are part of the Better Business Bureau, Chamber of Commerce or other reputable agencies. Lisa and Sean quit our corporate jobs to do what we love – help people with real estate problems. We think “outside the box” and often times can offer innovative ways to turn almost any situation into the best possible outcome.
